"A/C not working properly as room was hot and muggy. Complained and they gave us a very noisy box fan and couldn't sleep or watch tv with it on.
Tv only worked properly some of the time.
Had construction noise next or under our room that was extremely loud which started up every morning by about 8am.Room was also right above trash bins which created more racket.
Indoor swimming pool was tiny and chlorine smell was unbearable.
Our suite was the smallest we've ever stayed in. Had to call for a hair...

"Expedia users often get less desirable rooms. This room was right above the entry to the hotel and not interesting/bad view. Hotel clearly was not very busy – seems like they lose an opportunity to upgrade someone when there is clearly a lot of availability.
More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. I now see in the small print that it was in fact posted in Expedia, but who reads the small print when you stay at the hotel multiple times? There was no “I’m sorry“ at check-in or...

"There was a weird burning plastic smell in the room but it was better after opening the patio door. The fan on the AC wouldn’t keep running so it would get too warm in between the compressor kicking on."

"The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity.
Room was spacious, bed comfortable.
No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky.
Had to pay extra for second log in fire place.
Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning.
Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

"Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun.
Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. Shower had poorly repaired fixtures, hole in th ceiling, paper thin walls, blinds that didn’t work. Not what you’d expect for $400+ per night.
