"This is a beautiful lodge. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they are very nice. They have a children's pool with a pirate ship! Staff is very cheerful and helpful in all areas, front office, cleaning, bar, restaurant and casino.Our room was clean, had enough towels. My only suggestion is the beds are too high. It was difficult to climb into bed. The beds are very comfortable."

"On arrival parking was atrocious, directed to another lot, while it was hailing. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all, had a bit of an attitude and did not assist with assigning a proper room.
The hotel appears newish. Half the rooms are on the busy highway, and windows do not block sound. My friend stayed in room on the old Main Street, and was woken by horses walking by at 530. In other words, do not expect a quiet room.
The shower was lacking, it looked fancy but was not very good with...

"We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up. The ceiling in the breakfast area needed repair, the paint was peeling off. The breakfast was marginal at best. The elevator was too small and hard to get a luggage cart in. We wouldn't...

"The water in the lodge had a terrible sulfer/rotten egg smell. Multiple people said the same thing but the woman at the front desk refused to do anything except to give me bottled water."

"Super friendly staff. Hotel has rustic feel to it which was great. Staff lady named Marilyn cooked omelets for everyone at breakfast time. Very rare to stay at a hotel these days where a staff member does that."
