On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. "It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice."
