"The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was no electricity in the area at the breakfast time, but they did manage to get us hot coffee. Breakfast by itself was good enough for 3 star hotel. The rooms are just as described. Would be nice to have a fridge. The hotel is located near a roundabout, but we did not fell any extra noice from passing cars. As we have spend whole day at QC Terme San Pellegrino and left the hotel early in the morning, we were not quite able to estimate the local...

"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."
