"Oppholdet var som forventet greit. Men mens jeg bestilte på nett;steg prisen med kr.300; deretter oppdaget jeg at dere også krevde kr.300 for rengjøring. Prisen pr. natt var opprinnelig kr.749 og det endte opp med å bli tilsammen ca kr. 2100 Om dette er vanlig forretningstaktikk, vil jeg nok unngå å bestille rom hos dere i framtiden.. "
