Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. "When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system. "
