"Good points: Staff were friendly, accommodation was clean and tidy and food provision and bar was satisfactory.
Poor points: The room was pretty sparse and lacking any warmth or character as were the rest of the facilities. We didn’t try the Spa or Golf, so can’t comment on this. gym, sauna, hot tub type facilities (which I would be happy to pay for) are pretty standard in most ‘Spa’ hotels so I felt a bit cheated. Maybe should have looked deeper into the hotel facilities before reservation,...

"The room was not as we saw on the website, we didn’t have a garden view but a large wall, which made the room really dark, the carpet was stained, the breakfast was ok until my husband saw the chef put cereals spilt on the table back in the pots with the ones to be eaten , there was a big sign outside saying come and look at our refurbished rooms, we certainly didn’t get one "

"Cooked breakfast was exceptional and good choice of cereal on continental, although would benefit from the addition of berries and yoghurts to the menu. Food at night was also fantastic. Great prices too."

"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there.
Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice.
The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford.
The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one...

"Breakfast menu very good, evening meals menu average but well cooked.
I struggled with steps outside could have done with a slope, also no lift again struggled with stairs.

"Situated on the edge of Coventry, you can avoid the city traffic if you want to.
There are some shops nearby, if you need supplies.
The restaurant is sufficient, but not exceptional.
The rooms are adequate for this sort of stay, but the sound proofing between them is poor, and you can easily be woken by next door's shower or running water"
