"We spent three delightful nights at the Salt Whistle Bay resort and would go back in a heartbeat. The building we were in was recently renovated and quite comfortable--see minor recommendations for improvement below. "On arriving at Kingsville to check in, having booked through Hotels.com months in advance and my reservation was confirmed, I was told by reception on arrival that they had no reservation for me, total nightmare, the staff couldn't have cared less, I had to find alternative accommodation during one of the most busiest times on the island, I would not recommend Kingsville Apartments under any circumstances."
