"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. "This is an average place if you are passing. The check and it was horrible. The girl that took us to our apartment didn’t speak much English, which was OK but it did add to confusion. She took our passports and didn’t let us know which apartment she was in, but said she would be right back After 40 minutes we needed to contact Expedia to have her bring our passports back to us.
