"This hotel is a huge disappointment. It is located in a part of Catania that I would not feel safe walking in. The hotel itself is run down with very old bedding and furnishings. It is in need of major upgrades inside and out. The photo shared online misrepresents this property. It is nowhere what it shows in the photos. I checked in and checked out 19 minutes later upon seeing the hotel and my room. I was not given any refund and lost money on this rundown, unfair hotel."
