"We liked the location, access to a mall, responsiveness of the staff, and great breakfast. Couple of things to improve upon are: checkin took more than 20 minutes and we were the only customer, the lobby area was uncomfortably warm, we were given only one towel even though we were two. Overall, a solid place and good value. "

"This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…"
