I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Even hot water is not available at night, it seems to be only in the mornings. I was shivering and freezing and slept with loads of layers after hours of trying to fall asleep in the cold. "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."
