"We had twin beds & I had a double quilt cover on mine it had such a big hangover I kept getting my foot stuck in it. They didn’t clean our room on the Sunday for some reason? We managed using our towels twice & making our beds.
We had to keep calling down for more coffee & sugar, coffee machine didn’t work one day seemed it was full of expired coffee caps, wile doing it he spilt some coffee over the bin onto the floor & just left it !! On the first day we needed help with air conditioning....

"My teens were expected to stay on an uncomfortable pull out that was smaller than a love seat it was so uncomfortable the boys preferred sleeping on the floor.. With the bed pulled out there was no space if you wanted to look in your suitcase (we had 4 roll aboards and 4 back packs) you could only open them on the bed. There was not even a chair in our room not that there was space for one. The breakfast did not have many choices and was cold."

"The room was clean and spacious. Our only minor complaint is about the shower stall. It was only half enclosed so splashes of water on the floor was inevitable. The drain was also a little bit slow, so we had to turn down the shower flow to avoid standing in a puddle of water.
The full breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, which did not vary during our 3 night stay. We enjoyed it nonetheless.
There were two parking options, one underground in the hotel building, and the other...

"On arrival there was road works outside the hotel which we were unaware of.
I had messaged to ask where to park but got no answer. The parking is payable across the road and behind some houses.
The hotel building is very old and the bar area is quite nice. The two young lads on the bar were very nice and friendly.
The room we had was in need of decoration and updating, not in good shape. We had drinking facilities provided but I’d advise take your own as the ones given were to certain tastes....

"Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation.
The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained.
Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it."
