"If ther as a minus review, thats what i would give. Check in was a lot of hassle because hotel staff was not aware of my reservation. Hotel has lots of false advertising, no outdoor pool as advertised(absolutely nothing of this sort on the property, had to walk round the hotel to be sure), no free breakfast as advertised(when i asked for free breakfast as advertised, staff told me i had to pay). "Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Amenities were also topped up. Nevertheless, the food price if you do not have an all inclusive deal, or if you want to buy extra was ridiculously expensive. Ive never seen such oricing structure in my life were you price a bowl of rice, chicken and sauce as three separate items. The staffs were very polite and friendly though."
