"this property was extremely misrepresented the water park slides were open for four or five hours total for the week the breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and toast the room was not cleaned or restocked the entire week and i had to hunt down one of the maids to get bathroom tissue shuttle service to area parks does not include the areas major park except for an extra fee and then you have to leave the hotel at nine A.M. and must return at six P.M. or you're on your own! although my experience with expedia went well as there was no hassle with bookings and other arrangements i would avoid booking this hotel at all cost!!!"

"Property caters to cruise line customers. Under construction. If extended stay customer (9 days), rooms only cleaned or restocked 3 days per week unless otherwise requested. This was very inconvenient. Radisson does not tell you this. You have to find out for yourself. No continental breakfast. You have to pay to park your vehicle for extended stay (I was not a cruise customer). Radisson states that the pool is heated. No one was swimming as water was too cold, this seemed to cause the children to swim/play in hot tub. Also, babies with parents in hot tub, seemed unsanitary to me. Disappointed overall."

"The room we got was set up very oddly- did not accommodate our family as needed. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the pull out couch did not look clean to sleep on (which made for a cramped bed with 3), our clock time was not correct (even after resetting it) and the black out curtains were broken. The free breakfast was better than expected based on the arrival conditions of the room. Would not recommend, since there are so many other options nearby!"

"Clean room, some things broken or missing like shower soap holder , breakfast runs out quick and takes ages to replenish "

"Dirty bathroom, a door that was not properly secured, sketchy people, and to top it off. Roaches! Left in the middle of the night after traveling alone with my child because the roach was the final straw. I do NOT recommend unless you’re okay with risking shady vibes and possibly catching a rash or bringing home some critters with you. "

"Booked this hotel for one night prior to our cruise. It’s a small hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Close to restaurants and a strip mall. There is a Waffle House next door and a gas station across the street."

"This is a nice place to stay near the airport in Orlando. It’s definitely a nice feature to be able to walk to several good restaurants as well. "
