The only issue we had was the spa not heating past 93, when communicating with the owner they were unable to reach the pool guy at that time, which was understandable. Very disappointing since this was one of the reasons we rented this property. The owner reached out to me the next day apologizing and stated they would send a gift card for the inconvenience, 2 weeks later and I haven’t received. "

"Properly was not what we expected. We stayed for 5 days and ended up checking out early. Had a few highlights, location was great, space was great. Plenty of room. Great neighborhood. House was not adequately equipped with amenities. No toaster, hair dryer, pots and pans were filthy. No frying pans nor mixing bowls. Had to go to the store and buy frying pans and whisks, dish rags and towels. No dishwasher soap. Overall the house was very dirty. We spent over 2 hours cleaning it...
