"The staff was really friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel is situated walking distance to the malls, endless restaurants and bars. There were two equipment breakdowns that could have impacted our stay but was resolved rather quickly with endless apologies. The only downside was the suite didn't have a microwave so I has to ask the staff to reheat food. Overall it was a pleasant exprerience with the hotel, staff and amenities. I will definitely visit again!"

"The room itself was better than expected with the exception of a broken desk chair that left you sitting lopsided. It was equipped with coffee maker, fridge, stove and iron. The sliding door to the balcony provides minimal soundproofing which due to the location of the hotel, made it impossible to sleep. Road noise was constant throughout the night."

Whether it’s your first time in Colombia or you’ve visited before, you can trust that the food here is authentically Colombian—no need to look elsewhere for great meals. Everything is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect, especially if you’re planning to enjoy local activities and sports, with everything conveniently nearby."
