"The elevator barely would stop on my floor, so lots of stairs which is crazy to charge 150 $ for “resort” fees when NOTHING WORKS the first room I was in the plugs didn’t work so they moved me to a different room where every time I left I had to get a new key because it wouldn’t open , happened 10+ times Was in a good area if you want to be close to time square but for how much I paid I should’ve stayed somewhere better. "
