"Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. There is a restaurant that is part of the hotel, excellent food and well priced. We arrived at 9:30pm, checked in and ate dinner late, great service. Breakfast is continental with a good selection. Perfect location for our midway stop from Rome to Pompeii "

"Safe Clean, convenient located. Definitely would return. "

"Great location with very helpful staff."

"Lovely hospitality and a gorgeous setting!"

"Great property and even better restaurant."

Colazione molto completa, personale molto gentile."

"What a wonderful place to stay in Castel di Sangro. Mario was wonderful to our whole family of 6 - excellent recommendation for dinner and he even had breakfast ready for us early on our day of departure. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Vista cinematográfica, aconchegante, simplicidade cativante, simpatia da atendente inesquecível. Simples, limpo com localização ímpar. Desjejum nada de especial "

"Staff was amazing!!!!!!!!"

"Struttura vecchiotta, ottima posizione centrale, servizio e ristorante ottimi, ci tornerei "

"My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!"

"Dated property, needs some attention - paint, woodwork etc."
