"Tudo maravilhoso. A receptividade da Paloma, bem como, cordialidade e educação foram excelentes. Quem tiver aquecedor, leve, lá faz bastante frio mesmo e por segurança a lareira não pode ficar acesa enquanto dormimos. Uma dica para os donos da propriedade seria trocar os espelhos das tomadas, pois levei meu secador, chapinha, etc e não era compatível com as tomadas de lá. Mas no geral foi excelente, voltarei mais vezes."

"Café da manhã bom. Atendimento também bom. Vista do quarto muito bonita, assim como o chalé. Porém o que nos fez não gostar da hospedagem desta vez ( já ficamos em outra oportunidade) foi a pouca estrutura para o frio que fez de noite. Sem aquecedor no quarto, apenas uma lareira que você tinha que pagar pela lenha e acendedor e, ainda assim, não nos deixou dormir direito. Nosso quarta estava mais frio do que fora dele. Dormimos muito mal, com casacos e foi bem desconfortável."

"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking...

"Chalé bem aconchegando, cama excelente, travesseiros muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido, ele vem numa cestinha em horário combinado. A equipe do hotel muito prestativa. Chuveiro muito bom, esquenta bastante com boa pressão na água, a banheira tem um tamanho excelente para o casal. Um ponto que eu melhoraria é a instalação de um ar condicionado com ar quente, como fui em julho, Monte Verde é muito frio, então para o quarto ficar mais aconchegante, faltou um ar quente, pois a lareira não consegue aquecer o quarto. Mas do resto, a experiência foi muito boa, valeu a pena."
