"Remote location is good. Convenient to Prescott AZ and Lynx Lake camp area. Area is very quiet. A handful of interior lights as well as exterior lights are burned out or do not work. Twin beds in one bedroom with a small double bed in the so called master bedroom. Carpet is in bad condition in the living area with large cracks in the tile area.
