"What a beautiful hotel, such a complete surprise to see the gorgeous interior decoration. The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. The bedroom was lovely, a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "

"The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. "I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front...
