"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The hotel itself was absolutely amazing! 😻 It was clean, comfortable, modern, and conveniently located near the airport, which made traveling for business incredibly easy. The bartender deserves a special shoutout—he was friendly, welcoming, and truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. He was definitely the highlight of our trip! Unfortunately, the customer service from the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. During our 3-day stay, we were unable to get fresh towels,...

"Staff was nice. Room was clean. Was only able to eat oatmeal at breakfast due to lack of gluten and dairy free options. Was only a few blocks away from the convention center so not too bad of a ride. Curtains didn't quite fit the windows. Need more towels in the future also. Wish they had queens vs double beds also."

"Our room was very clean with a nice view of the astrodome and nrg. We stopped by the desk to let them know there was an issue with the mini fridge. The maintenance man was very polite and had a brand new on installed in less than 30 minutes, awesome. Thank you for a comfortable, quiet and clean stay."
