From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station strip in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff."
