"Great location, easy walk for breakfast and dinner"

"The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable."

"The days inn “hotel” was a disgusting motel with bed bugs and spiders and beetles and holes in the shower and stains everywhere. Didn’t even have a shower curtain. It was so gross. I high tailed out of there and drove like 10 miles to get to a comfort inn. I expect a refund."

"The thermostat did not allow us to drop temp lower than 74 degrees. We finally had the owner unlock the thermostat so we could drop it lower. We were unable to take a hot shower since tho hot water in the shower was broken. They did not have other basic essentials that most other places we stayed have. "

"Everything was so great and we had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, very spacious. My *only* suggestion is to add a full length mirror somewhere. We are a shorter family and could only see from chin up in the mirrors. But we would for sure stay here again!"
