"Great place! But no elevator for the levels. I did not see to much facilitys for a handicap! The card that open the doors always has a problem and need to be replaced all the time. The breakfast is a medium and not to much options. I ask the attended to boiled a egg for me and she told me that need to be paid appart of the breakfast. First time that I see this situation. "

"Apesar de o hotel informar que é acessível, o quarto que nos foi dado não oferecia nenhuma acessibilidade. O banheiro não é acessível a cadeira de rodas e a disposição das camas não permitia que nosso filho cadeirante se deslocasse pelo quarto. A porta do banheiro estava quebrada. Minha esposa somente conseguiu sair do banheiro com minha ajuda, que estava do lado de fora. Meu filho não conseguiu tomar banho pq não conseguia chegar até o chuveiro. "
