"Room 304 - there was an elevator. I had an amazing 2 night stay at this Kumari Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. They offer an airport pickup service ($10 USD). I guy was waiting for me with a name plate. The ride through Kathmandu was about 20 minutes. The check-in and receptionist was extremely pleasant and efficient. There is a full, daily continental buffet (made to order omelets, pancakes, eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, fresh juice, etc). It's a convenient lo action into the touristy part...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. "Enjoyed my stay from beginning to end! Staff were friendly--offering tea or coffee on arrival and making good recommendations for hiking. The multi-level balconies really can't be beat for comfort and great mountain views. Rooms were cozy, with a good heating system and the soft fleece blankets were a nice touch. My only (minor) complaint was that the bathroom was a bit chilly on a cold January day, but that didn't take away from an overall great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...
