Wir waren auf das Angenehmste überrascht und haben uns in unserer großzügigen Suite sowas von wohl gefühlt wie schon lange nicht mehr! Das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas in reichhaltiger Auswahl und die netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen verdienen ein hohes Lob. "Die Lage ist ruhig, das angrenzende Freibad sehr schön und preiswert. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Auch das Angebot zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu teuer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder."

"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...

"Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war die Hölle, als ich unter die hauchdünne Matratze geschaut habe wusste ich auch warum. Da lag einfach ein Brett und darüber die Matratze. Dies ist ein NoGo… !!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Unter dem Fenster befand sich die „Raucherecke“, eine Bank wo sich am Abend die Freunde des Glimmstängels trafen, dementsprechend roch es dann auch im Zimmer.
