"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...
