"The hotel needs a lot of renewal and fixes. Electricity was going out, internet doesn't work, breakfast with only basic foods, light in the bathroom is like 100 years old, barely can see yourself in the mirror.. Only positivity came from the hotel stuff who were friendly and helpful."

"I loved feeling like I was staying in a large beautiful home rather than the traditional impersonal large American style hotel. The staff was so pleasant and because I had a puppy and kitten with me, went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are nice but not 5 star. The shower stall was not perfect. "The hotel was in a great location for everything from shops, restaurants and bars to the ferry boat terminal. Where a short journey brings you to the start of many, many WWl locations, memorials and Cemeteries. Also Troy is not far away. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast was also very good as were the excellent staff throughout the hotel."
