"I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Location is excellent on the city square. Rooms spacious clean and comfortable. Staff AMAZING!!! We had a problem with our hire car and the staff spent time helping us and calling rental company on our behalf. That saved us lots of time and effort by helping us translate and try looking after us. They went above and beyond. Will defo turkey stay here if I return. "

"Ein gut geführtes Hotel. Wir wurden von freundlichem Personal empfangen und bedient und fühlten uns willkommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit praktischer und gepflegter Einrichtung, und wunschgemäß ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war super, vielfältig und das Buffet mit Liebe angerichtet. Vor dem Haus konnten wir kostenlos parken. Wir behalten das Arvena in sehr guter Erinnerung und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder. "
