"It is a very affordable place so of course the level of everything is commensurate with this but still there were molds on the ceiling of the bathroom of my room, staff is basically absent most of the time. Breakfast was meant to be included but nowhere in sight (maybe I needed to advise I wanted one?). I guess at the end this is a place for locals mainly who’ll know the little and usual ways of this place. Somewhat disappointed but again, very affordable in an area that is expensive."

"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine...

"This hotel is a family run hotel. The staff are very attentive and willing to help. A home made 4 course traditional French cuisine evening meal is available and is prepared by the family. The evening meals are excellent as are breakfasts. This is a lovely, traditional French and charming hotel. I can't rate it highly enough. The tortoises in the coart yard just added to the hotel's charm and were suprisingly nifty."

"Truly a perfect spot and affordable For the short duration we were there. Pool was fantastic, staff were helpful. Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas). Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!"

"Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, & maybe consider adding a washing machine. Note: there’s no a/c so if it’s hot it could be uncomfortable"
