"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning.
One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine."

"The hotel was beautifully located at the centre of Segovia. You get out of the hotel and all attractions are walking distance. I loved people watching from my balcony during our stay. Staff were friendly and spoke english. (Thank goodness for that!) The room was a good size and the decor was so gorgeously victorian. Breakfast was alright, just the typical continental breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and Segovia."

"Rara vez dejo opiniones negativas, pero considero que la actitud del recepcionista merece ser mencionada.
Tuve un problema con mi aplicación de taxi y le pedí ayuda para solicitar uno. Es cierto que tuve que cancelar una primera petición porque parecía que la aplicación volvía a funcionar. Sin embargo, pocos minutos después el problema regresó y le pedí nuevamente su ayuda.
Fue entonces cuando su comportamiento me pareció totalmente inapropiado. Me respondió de forma desagradable, diciéndome...

"The hotel is bad need for a makeover. Furniture was right out of the 60's budget store. There was only one electrical outlet and it was at the entrance to the room at floor level. Bed was overly firm. To be fair the washroom looked to be renovated and was good and clean the main entrance facade was modern and inviting but as soon as you entered the lobby you realize that it was downhill from there. Way overpriced for what you get."

"Our room was clean and tidy with a fantastic view of the monastery.
It gets very noisy down in the street below esp at night. The common areas and the dining room are dark and quite gloomy."
