"Outdoor pool was a bit cold, possibly because of bad weather. No bar at the hotel. Spa not available directly in the hotel but through adjacent hotel which is accessible only from outside - 2min walk"

"I've booked for me and for other people.
wihtout any authorization they have debited everything on the credit card used as guarantee while each guest had to pay for the stay.
having found the unexpected debit on the credit cart, I've asked many times the relative invoice withtout any reply.
It is first time it happened such thing and for sure I'll never stay again in this hotel"
