"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "

We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio. "

"The staff was amazing which really made all the difference in the world because we got off to a bad start the moment we entered our room. There had been a plumbing issue the floor below us and the foul smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The hotel was fully booked, so faucets were torneo in and fans were brought in to flush out the chemical alms sewage smells while we left to see if there could fix it while looking for another place. "We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We could hear some construction noise at the reception desk, but once we got to our room, it was quiet and far from the remodeling. Our room was very comfortable, with cold A/C and a large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location just outside the city center and a very short walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral."

"It's little far from the central but it's ok. But the room use by password, there is no key lock so i couldnt sleep, feeling unsafe. The room quite small and the mirror in front of my bed. There was no water in the room and I can hear the sound like gun shot outside, around seems so quite. The price much more higher than other place but service is not really good. Anyway the decoration of the hotel is nice. Good price i can find compare with central at the moment."
