"We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"The workers are very nice. Sometimes the front dest forgets small requests. Very frugal on toilet paper. The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. The window in the bath is always dirty and there is noise usually coming from there maybe because it’s next to the air conditioner. The crew overall is kind and always tries to help."

"Staff and food quality was superb! Excellent. The facility is not as described. For the money they should provide with more amenities. As you enter the lobby area you see an empty pont in the background that looks horrible. The video on the marketing highlight views that are not like that. I will say they are excellent on marketing! The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "
