"We were in Kakamega for work and during the weekend we moved to Rondo. This is a lovely and peaceful place, with an enchanting park were it is possible to see monkeys and listen to the songs of a variety of birds. We appreciated a lot the meals (I've asked for vegetarian meals and they was excellent) and the tea with a delicious piece of cake in the afternoons, taken directly to our small but beautiful cottage, despite the rain."

"Annoda's Homes is a quiet getaway in Milimani, Kisumu. The host was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was full of creative surprises once she realized my appetite for healthy variety. This family property is well managed and full of pleasant spaces within the yard for small meetings and just quiet time. It is a place I would certainly return to."

"I’ve stayed at Sheywe at least ten times with teams I have brought with me. But will not be going back. This last time proved to be the final straw. Toilets that were dirty and did not flush, cold water showers, food (chicken)!that was undercooked, making a team member sick. I love the staff and am friends with them, but I cannot risk our health. "This place was definitely not as advertised, it is not family friendly or safe for a foriegner, AND all you have to do is ask any local, i wouldnt stay and they would not give a refund, but if Hotels.com continues to advertise them falsely I will have not only the BBB .. I did take my family to a more reputable place across town"
