"This hotel is definitely an older property and could’ve used a little sprucing up. We checked into our room at approximately 6 PM, and since we were six hours behind from a trip to Italy, we were really tired. "Had a slight issue when checking in but the staff went above and beyond to communicate and fix it which I really appreciated. Elevators and hallways were very hot which is my only minor complaint. The king suite is very spacious and the entire property is well maintained. It’s very close to attractions and is in a very walkable neighborhood. It’s not in the heart of center city, but the price can’t be beat."

"Great stay all around. Only complaint was that the bed cover was as thin as a sheet and difficult to pull over you. Check Spot Hero for the 24 hour garage next door--I only paid $16 to park 24 hours there. "Check in was very fast and easy. The room was very nice and shuttle service was ok. Morning person was very efficient but non communicative and walked away before we could give her a tip which was strange. The lobby roof apparently has some leakage problems and a large portion was roped off.
