Receptionist plesant but No English skills. Hotels.com app saved the day. Room was clean, well appointed but the room safe was dead, no batteries. Many signs reminded to use the safe but looked like it had never been used and was just sitting in the closet, unsecured. Easy to pick up and take away! Bed was very comfortable....

There was a HUGE policies book in the room with charges if you touch anything, we slept there one night and got charged half a million for a dirty pillow, bedsheet and towels?
