"This is Abby, not hotel. No front desk 24/7. I have to make a call to contact the office to check in. Phone had no answers many times. I couldn’t use the pools without the owner coming to verify. It’s not convenient and simple like hotels. Room cleaning and building is nice."

"This place is dodgy. A bunch of sublet rooms even though there is signage all over the building saying no subletting. There is no reception and security shuffled us over to wait in front of the 7/11. We were told no pool on mondays (even though this was the entire reason we booked the room) and then headed up there after 5pm when cleaning had finished. The pool area was full of people but the people on the table at the entrance informed us that we were not allowed in, our host told us that pool access was not for us on this day? Weird experience, not as advertised. Stay away."
