"Staff were all very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hot water did not work during our entire stay and we were not aware that smoking is allowed in the hotel so throught the day, our room would smell like cigarettes. For a couple nights, this was ok for us but would not choose it again. "

""Free Parking" is just on-street, nothing reserved or secured. No assistance with luggage at checkin. Steep curb, awkward steps to enter lobby. Elevator small but adequate. Receptionist plesant but No English skills. Hotels.com app saved the day. Room was clean, well appointed but the room safe was dead, no batteries. Many signs reminded to use the safe but looked like it had never been used and was just sitting in the closet, unsecured. Easy to pick up and take away! Bed was very comfortable....

The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents. On the website said breakfast included but when asked they tried to avoid it and said the restaurant was closed and brought up some bánh mi and coffee when we insisted. We sure won't...

"An impressive large hotel on the banks of the Mekong Delta. Very nicely decorated and clean. Our room was large with a desk and wardrobe and a well stocked bathroom. Room 101 ground floor. We did have to request a 2nd duvet as the one on the bed was too small and the pillows aren’t the most comfortable tbh. Mine was overstuffed! A nice hot shower & good cool aircon. The staff were very helpful but have limited English (google translate worked a treat) There is a bit of noise from the river...
