"This hotel was like an oasis of calm and comfort. It offered a suitable and knowledgeable starting point to exploring the Killarney lakes on foot or shopping in town. Breakfast was in a very pleasant room and provided a healthy start to each day. Staff were extremely honest and phoned when we left valuables in room. "

"When we arrived we had booked a double room. It only had one bed. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in switching us to a 2 bed room. The restaurant had very good food. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We spent an evening in the bar listening to local music and watching young people dance the Irish steps. Enjoyed that very much. "We had a two night stay at the Ovanne. which we found very pleasant. everyone was so accommodating and easy especially aa we also had our dog with us.all the staff were very welcoming and kind to us. Brendan cooked wonderful irish breakfasts. i will be coming back again as its a great location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay "

"Loved this property. Felt historic with a renovation. This was a welcoming lovely place to stay. No issues with noise but didn’t stay the weekend. No elevator but it was only an issue to get our suitcases up to our rooms . The staff helped! Thank you Tatlers Jack"

"Stylish, comfortable mattress, pleasant staff. Breakfast is super stingy, Scrooge would approve. Even the smallest B&Bs provide a full fry so it's reasonable to expect it from the expensive enough hotel like this one. "Perfect location with easy access to parking, our room was exactly as advertised clean and comfy. we had dinner at the bar and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The area is very quiet at night so that was awesome because we got plenty of rest. Definitely recommend to stay a night or two. "
