"Took forever to get checked in, was waiting for an employee. Bartender was rude."

"The hotel was beaten down in most ways. It was old, outdated, run down, in need of repair, dirty. The area around the hotel was also beaten down, many businesses shuttered, construction made it hard to access. The staff were not very friendly, the USB plugs didn’t work, the room was musty smelling, the water pressure was very poor. To the positive the AC was excellent and the hot water was super hot and unlimited which was good cause it took forever to shower. The pillows were not bad, the bed was a little hard but I did sleep good, so that’s a strong positive. The breakfast looked so sketchy that we just passed on it. All in all would not stay here again. It was pretty weak and I am usually one to give very positive feedback. "

"My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice. "

"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own. 6/10 experience "
