"No the place was not pet friendly. I was told the pets could only stay during winter months. My room was not properly cleaned. I had to call to front desk at 2:00 am for clean linen bc my bed linens were not clean. Cans and bottles were found in a window sill. I was not given access to a room until almost 9pm and I checked in around 5pm and was told my room was being cleaned and would be ready shortly. However the the staff was very polite and helpful. "

"The first issue we had was check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM. We were not able to get into a room until 6:45 PM. When we initially went in to check in they gave me a room number and said when that room was done being cleaned. They would contact us when we finally were able to get into the room. It was not that room. They had given it to a woman that had complained about her room and then gave mine away. It was was complete Chaos when we went to check in. We’re told that because we booked third-party through Expedia there was no compensation or anything that they were given to us like that was a crime booking through a third-party company and not booking directly through them. Many people book third-party that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be able to check in on time. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! The ease of booking a room, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the beach (ocean front) and restaurant was fabulous. We had an ocean view with a balcony. The balcony was large enough for 2 chairs comfortably. Have already booked another stay!"

"Bro room was clean great customer service easy checkout, easy check-in parking was OK. Great location near the beach fun activities for the kids fun pool area for the kids. Nice stay."

"This place has everything. It’s clean, the staff are great, the room is spacious and has everything a traveler needs. It’s right on the ocean and has two pools which are under cover, in case you’ve gotten enough sun and still want to splash about. The bar/grill was an unexpected surprise. The food is fantastic and the service outstanding."
