"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Excellent"

"For me, everything was very good. However, you should know that the hotel is in an old building and this could bother someone else considering the slightly noisy floor"

"Quite, convenient, clean"

"The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."
