"Very close to airport, room in decent condition, clean all over. Only issue is noise from boiler, it lasts all night long, maybe it could only be heard in certain rooms. Staff are generally helpful."

"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "
