"Closer to the train station which make very accessible to visit all the other sites and back to sleep. The personal at the hotel are very attentive and friendly."

"Pretty basic hotel with friendly staff and nice bathroom. 2 minute walk to the lake and nearest restaurant and 5 minutes to the town centre. On the negative side there were only scrambled eggs and bacon as hot savoury choices for breakfast. Also the entry gates are locked at night which isn't usually a problem as there is someone on reception for 24 hours, however on one night I had to climb over!"

"Great hotel. Fabulous 1970s interior. Large rooms and space. Helpful staff. Queen quiet. Area directly around it is a little industrial but no problem. Las Vegas is a great pizza restaurant nearby. Will stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "Both in the elevator and the room there was damp smell. Also quite a few things need attention (electricals, bathroom hanger, TV,...). All in all ok, but in need of some attention."
