"Die Lage ist ruhig, das angrenzende Freibad sehr schön und preiswert. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Auch das Angebot zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu teuer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder."

"Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderhübschen Fachwerkstädtchen ziemlich am Ortseingang. Im Ort selbst gibt es (fast) keine Verkehrsschilder, was die Stadt zusätzlich aufwertet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, selbst ein schönes Fachwerkhaus, mit sehr freundlichem Empfang, ausgesprochen nettem Personal im Restaurant und einer guten Speisenauswahl."

"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. "Das Bett in meinem Zimmer war die Hölle, als ich unter die hauchdünne Matratze geschaut habe wusste ich auch warum. Da lag einfach ein Brett und darüber die Matratze. Dies ist ein NoGo… !!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Unter dem Fenster befand sich die „Raucherecke“, eine Bank wo sich am Abend die Freunde des Glimmstängels trafen, dementsprechend roch es dann auch im Zimmer.
