Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit comfortable. "Patrick at the front desk was fantastic. We had an amazing view. Rob was also friendly at checkout. Complimentary breakfast was great. All staff was so nice. Only complaint is floors did not seem vacuumed in our room, and at our elevator there was trash on the floor the whole duration of our trip so I’m not sure how often cleaning crew comes through. Valet was overpriced. Overall we would stay here again. "
