"I was only there for a single night so can't speak to every aspect of the hotel. The room was clean and well furnished. Check in and check out was seamless, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that the bathroom door kept getting jammed, and the attached shower gel bottle in the shower didn't seem to work, but these were minor issues. Would definitely stay here again."

The room was spotless and smelled very good — you can tell they truly take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Houston, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything downtown has to offer. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston!"
