"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。 館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。 お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。 山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。 せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"
